thats happening to mine right now can you tell me what the guy did to fix yours or what did he replace because im trying to fix it on my own i think it just has to do with replacing the running belt or put lubrication on it
we have the same treadmill, less than 9 mos with very limited use. the belt and the motor stops dead in it’s tracks no matter how fast it is going, after you restart it it stops again at random . if your not carefull you run right into the console, what a piece of SH*T
How do u disassemble that thing,i was trying to put it in my car,but i couldn’t disassmble it,theres a wire that goes thrue one of the sides how do you break that apart?
we still have the Weslo.. Had a guy from play-it-again fix it. But if you are thinking about buying one, I would save for longer to buy better brand, or look for a deal on a good brand, used, at play-it-again.
Yes, the belt was slipping and not “rolling”. Even though WEslo still hasn’t called, we had a guy from Play-IT-Again sports come and fix it.
Rest assured. Me nor any of of my friends will ever purchase anything from this brand.
As that good old saying goes… THE CHEAP ENDS UP EXPENSIVE
Even after I e-mailed them this video, 3 weeks later, they have yet to contact us.. This brand is sold @ Walmart.. DO NOT BUY anything from this brand… That good old saying is true: The Cheaper ends up expensive!

We bought the same model last year,brand new at walmart, gets 1 hr use a day..so far its been fine.
