NordicTrack Commercial 2950 Treadmill
Here we’ll be reviewing one of the most popular home and commercial gym treadmills which is NordicTrack commercial 2950.
The new 2021 NordicTrack Commercial 2950 is a premium treadmill known for its large 22-inch HD touchscreen console. This console displays all necessary exercise information from the speed to the level of inclination.
Additionally, there is an ifit coach program that allows the user to have an interactive session with their coach. The program is also integrated with google maps integration to provide street views and routes as you run on a machine other than the NordicTrack 2950 packs. A powerful 7.25 horsepower motor that supports a top speed of 12 miles per hour and a wide range of inclination for more intense workouts.
Lastly, the Nordic Track has a sturdy build including a steel frame for durability and high-quality sound absorbent material that eliminates all noise while working out. What we liked was the 22-inch HD touch screen for an immersive experience, a wide range of incline, powerful 4.25 hp motor, ifit coach workout, programs with expert trainers. Sound absorbing running deck absorbs the sound of your footfall, comes with a wireless Bluetooth chest strap integration with ifit mobile app. New ifit family membership is cheaper and supports multiple accounts.
What we didn’t like, the assembly process is long and tedious, with a short warranty compared to other high-end treadmills.

Verdict- So is the NordicTrack Commercial 2950 worth the investment with some of the most modern tech features in the treadmill world. 2950 is definitely worth buying; it is loaded with great specs from both fitness and entertainment yet still manages to be one of the quietest machines on the market.
Whom is it best suited for Residential use commercial gym, use any alternatives to the NordicTrack 2950 sole f-85 NordicTrack *22i and the peloton 9000?
As we all know this is the Nordic Track’s highest grade folding treadmill. It is really good for long-distance training multiple users speed intervals.
You can also create your own google program. It is google maps based outdoor routes, so it will bring up randomly some really cool places in the world. One thing about 2950 is this is a machine that people use to train for events. So wherever your event is let’s say you’re training for the Boston marathon.
We could put in the Boston marathon and it will bring up Boston and then we could also outline the route and program. That program to run and it will actually incline and decline based on the natural terrain of the map location we’ve chosen. It is really nice you can train for whatever event you’re working towards with the automatic incline and decline to match outdoor trains, so once you come into browsing it brings up the ifit library.
They’ll always have a highlighted workout or series here at the top that you can choose. It’ll kind of outline what’s in that series and then there’s different series that you can choose. So right there the first one is essential tools yoga and pilates. Total 11 workouts in their advanced hiit training are both on and off.
Two quite wide pockets on either side of the console. You can put water bottles there. You can also fit your mobile phones there. If you want it out of the way you do have a kind of wide lip. So you can set your phone there and it’s not going to fall off. As you see you have a horizontal handlebar with your EKG or your heart rate sensors and then nice wide handlebars on either side. So a really comfortable overall layout in the console on 2950.
Let’s take a look at the overall functionality of 2950. So as I mentioned this is a machine that’s typically used by multi-user households where you’ve got more than one person using it. Athletes who are training for an event, long-distance athletes, people who run higher speeds because it has a bigger motor.
You have to know this is a very quiet machine even as I increase or decrease resists incline the motor only makes noise for just the amount of time. It takes in between those adjustments. Foot noise is also pretty quiet. You can buy this treadmill here
