The Sole F80 has a 3.5 CHP motor, that’s plenty strong to sustain a lot of long-term heavy use. There’s a 12 mile per hour max and a zero to fifteen percent incline range.
There’s a 375-pound weight limit capacity on this treadmill which is really high especially considering the price point. There’s also a 22 by a 60-inch running surface which is really big. It’s slightly cushioned, it has cushioning in it. It’s a bit softer on your joints than if you were to run on the concrete or the asphalt. There is also a folding deck in this treadmill. It’s very easy to lift and a hydraulic arm helps to carry most of the weight and it looks really securely into place. So you don’t need to worry about it coming in done.
The folding ability also makes it easier to move. There are four wheels for transporting out the base of this treadmill. So instead of tilting it to move it across the floor. You can just push it and it’s really easy to move around. The Sole F80 also has a really lengthy warranty. Very few treadmill manufacturers offer a lifetime warranty anymore but the Sole F80 does it has a lifetime warranty on the frame and the motor with a five-year warranty on electronics and parts and a two-year warranty for labor.
FEATURES AND ACCESSORIES:
The Sole F80 comes with a nine-inch LCD backlit display. So backlit just means that it lights up and you’re gonna be able to see it in a dark room so that’s really convenient. It is, however, just an LCD display screen so you have a lot of standard visuals that you would see on maybe your treadmill at the local gym. You get to see your incline in distance, your speed, and your calories burned.
Your heart rate and then your distance around the track but they’re all very basic displays to access all of your workout programs. You have some buttons there and there are ten programs that are built into the treadmill. So that’s another very simple way, this all has constructed this treadmill. You have their manual mode with Hill fat burn cardio strength and hit then you additionally have two different user profiles where you can customize the workout. You have two heart rate workouts that are based on just your heart rate goals.
You can toggle through the incline with up and down buttons as well as the speed with these up and down buttons and as you’re cycling through your screen, you’ll be using this enter button to confirm selections. But the incline and the speed can also be adjusted down here with the quick select buttons. So they don’t have every option available to you which is kind of a bummer but it is still nice to have a quick-select option down with your speed those are located right above the start and stop buttons.
Your fan that’s built into the console can be turned on. It’s not very overwhelming but it’s actually pretty underwhelming. There are also speakers on this console where you can plug in your device with the audio jack cord and project your music but it’s also Bluetooth capable on this treadmill, so you can pair it to the treadmill and project your audio that way.
The F80 also has an adjustable tablet holder. You can mount a device in this tablet holder. There are two forms of heart rate monitoring on the F80. You can use the pulse handgrips or you can use the chest strap that comes with the treadmill.
BOTTOM LINE REVIEW:
Our bottom line review for the Sole F80 is that this is a great home treadmill especially for users who are concerned about a weight limit capacity. So again it has a three hundred and seventy-five-pound weight limit capacity. It’s also a great treadmill for anybody who wants something super simple and very familiar something they’re used to seeing in the gym or in other homes because of the user interface. There’s really not much of a learning curve and most people are going to be able to hop on this treadmill.

CONSOLE:
Let’s take a look at the console design for Sole F80.
So first the good soul builds a quality machine. They are very simple and they’re designed to be sturdy and efficient but they don’t have all the bells and whistles, so these machines are ideal for someone who doesn’t want to worry about internet access, it doesn’t want to worry about a subscription service, just wants a basic treadmill with a few simple programs that they can use at home without having to worry about all the extra stuff so that’s what Sole does. Do one thing that it doesn’t do is have a lot of the other functional features that we oftentimes see on a few of the other treadmills.
FUNCTIONALITY:
Let’s take a look at the overall functionality of the Sole F80. So the track inclines to a 15% grade. We’ve got it all the way inclined right so you can see about how high it sits up off the ground when it’s fully inclined. The great thing about the 15% incline is that you can set those different incline levels to work so that you add training variables. So you are not always on a flat grade and you’re not always on the same hill and you’re not always working at the same speed. You can kind of mix it up so that you can enhance and vary your training.
CONCLUSION:
Yon can see we love the Sole F80. It’s got some great functionality. You’ve got a little bit of cushioning in the deck nice good track length at 22 inches wide by 60 inches long. It will fold up to lock in place when not use in 12 miles per hour max speed incline up to 15 percent great extended warranty. This is a high-quality machine and we love the way that soul really stands behind its products. We hope you will get full knowledge about this Sole F80 Treadmill by reading this article.
